Dotloop® announced four new residential real estate association agreements today, which collectively, will provide 100,000+ additional North American agents with direct access to local association forms within dotloop’s transaction management platform and other exclusive benefits.
Dotloop® and the Mississauga Real Estate Board (MREB), of Ontario, Canada, inked a deal that will grant the association’s approximate 2,100 members access to dotloop’s Premium product for agents for two years as a member benefit, along with a 20% discount for brokers who choose to upgrade to dotloop’s Business+ transaction platform, which provides real-time visibility into all transactions, automates compliance and streamlines collaboration.
The new member benefit will unlock dotloop’s Premium product, granting MREB members access to unlimited loops (transactions), document templates, task templates, a top-rated mobile app, Easy Offer links and more.
Rather than downloading forms on a separate platform, MREB agents can access the association’s real estate forms, as well as obtain eSignatures, ensure compliance, gain powerful business insights and transact, contract to close, on dotloop’s single, end-to-end system.
“Now, more than ever, MREB agents have a choice in their transaction management system,” said Joe Kazzoun, GM and VP, dotloop. “This new benefit offers MREB agents a secure transaction management platform that’s already used by half a million North American agents monthly and delivers 75+ integrations, connecting their full tech stack to a true contract-to-close platform capable of centralizing all their data.”
“Our members now have easy access to dotloop’s eSignature and transaction management system to power forward-thinking offices to operate in the paperless cloud-based world,” adds Nelson Goulart, President-Elect of the Mississauga Real Estate Board. “The dotloop system empowers agents and their clients, as well as brokerages managing complex transactions with their agents, with a single-point, secure platform to operate their business.”
North Carolina REALTORS® ‘ (NCR) 53,500 members will receive NCR forms in dotloop, while MetroTex’s 23,400 members will gain new access to Dallas-Ft. Worth forms. The more than 33,000 members of Washington’s NW MLS will also see their forms go native within the platform.
Having direct access to forms within dotloop means agents no longer have to integrate with separate systems, such as forms, eSignature and compliance providers. All phases of the transaction process are available on the desktop system as well as dotloop’s mobile app.
Currently supporting more than 9,000 brokerages and teams across the U.S. and Canada, dotloop touches more than 50% of all U.S. transactions and has earned a near-perfect 98% Retention Rate, making it the No. 1 choice for half a million real estate professionals nationwide.
