Highlighting the new initiative are My Time Home Tours and My Style Quick Move Homes, both designed to give home shoppers more control over their experience and to help them find the perfect new home sooner.
With My Time Home Tours, home shoppers can tour new homes in Virginia, Maryland and Delaware on their own even before or after business hours. Select homes are equipped with a digital locking system, and home shoppers register online to receive a code that unlocks the front door.
